Purpose: Systems-level decision and analytics model
A large-scale analytical simulation designed to explore workforce structure, hiring logic, tenure, performance, and reporting relationships under real constraints.
This project demonstrates:

This section explains the design logic and scope of the system
A long-running analytics project simulating global workforce data to explore hiring patterns, tenure, performance, and reporting structures.
Rather than starting from an existing dataset, this project was designed as a systems-first analytics exercise.
I built a realistic global AI consulting firm from the ground up — defining how it scales, hires talent, allocates projects, prices services, and generates profit — and allowed data to emerge only after these business constraints were fixed.
The result is a causally connected analytics system where business logic drives data, linking people, projects, revenue, and strategy end to end.
Detailed documentation and datasets are being iteratively developed.
🛒 E-Commerce Operations Analytics
(Raw Data & Transactions)
Purpose: Execution-level analytics
Hands-on analysis of raw transactional and operational data, built iteratively as understanding evolved — reflecting how analytics works in real environments.
Approach:
Excel and SQL first, with planned extensions into Python and BI tools where analysis depth requires it.

An end-to-end data analysis project built around a realistic Amazon-style raw transactional dataset to study sales performance, product trends, and operational patterns.
The work focuses on handling messy, unstructured data by cleaning inconsistencies, addressing missing values, and transforming raw inputs into analysis-ready formats under real-world conditions.

📊 My Data Journey
I began working with data in early 2025 to understand analytics in practice — how questions, structure, and decisions change once data is introduced. The early phase focused on raw data, ambiguity, and building analytical judgment rather than polished outputs.
From mid-2025 onward, I moved into structured analytics learning through IIT Guwahati (via Besant Technologies), with hands-on work using Excel, Oracle SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau to support analysis.
This site documents that process — iterative, grounded, and real.
